All our products are prepared and baked on-site in small batches. We sell our bread by weight, in whole or half loaves, to suit your needs and let you explore new flavours.
I come from Normandy. Normans are conquerors.

At age 40, I stored my suits and ties in the locker room to put on the apron that had attracted me since childhood.
I am a baker, a baker's grandnephew, and a miller's great-grandson.
My grandparents were breeders in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, with dairy cows and salt meadow lambs.
I have it in my blood, this taste for the land, for beautiful, flavoury, and healthy products. And I want to share it with you.
